The meal was hot and delivered very quickly. However, the risotto lacked a distinctive flavour despite plenty of mushrooms in it. I had to put salt in it, which was a shame.

Our order came quickly and the food was hot. The only only thing I'd comment on was that my risotto rice was fairly hard and this affected by overall enjoyment of the meal.

Most of the time I order delivery it's late. You shouldn't offer a service you cannot maintain as it's bad for your reputation. I've phoned and complained several times but it makes no difference. I was once offered £20 off my next meal. I never got it. So unorganised. By the way, you've spelt abysmal wrong on your questionnaire.
